He focuses on delivering impactful training programs on topics such as Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), workplace ethics, and organizational culture. His mission is to empower companies with the right knowledge and tools to create respectful and inclusive work environments.

Compliance Manager
Pankaj Chaubey serves as the Compliance Manager at Work Safe and plays a key role in ensuring organizations understand and follow workplace compliance requirements. He specializes in regulatory frameworks, compliance management, and corporate governance practices.

Gaurav Saini is a dedicated Business Development Manager at WorkSafe, focused on driving growth and building strong client partnerships. With solid experience in business development and client engagement, he plays a key role in expanding WorkSafe’s reach in health, safety, and first aid training services.
He is known for his strategic mindset, effective communication, and ability to understand client needs to deliver customized solutions. Gaurav is committed to promoting workplace safety awareness and helping organizations create safer and compliant work environments.
Deepmala Goyal
Director
is an accomplished educationist and academic leader holding an M.Phil. in Economics, M.Ed., and M.A. degrees in Economics, Political Science, and Hindi, along with UGC NET (Education) qualification. Currently serving as Vice Principal at St. Luke College of Education, Ballabhgarh, she combines academic excellence with strong leadership skills.
A passionate Hindi writer, she specializes in poetry and short stories, with publications in reputed literary magazines and a poetry collection titled “Meri Anubhuti Mere Ehsaas.” Her interests include creative writing, painting, and stage anchoring.
She also works with worksafe and share her knowledge and experience for the growth of this initiative. With her efforts we successfully delivered our training services to many educational institutions.
